Yes Solar:
Introduction to the Solar Water Heating systems:
1) Thermosyphon – No moving parts – Natural process
- A German product CONERGY
- 180 Litre & 300 Litre geysers.
- Both systems are indirect – Anti-corrosion and anti-freeze Glycol circulates through the collectors, this lengthens the lifespan of the system
- The 180L is SABS approved and Eskom registered
- The 300 L is currently under testing at the SABS
- The geysers are installed above the collectors to allow the process to take place
- The geyser can be place either on the roof on up high inside the roof if allowed.
2) Split System – (Geyser off roof out of sight)
- For those who are aesthetically minded and do not want a geyser placed visibly on their roof – geysers are installed inside the roof out of sight or away off roof as with thatch.
- 100, 150, 200, 250 & 300 Litre geysers available
- A choice of electric or photovoltaic (solar driven) pumps. (PV pumps more expensive)
- These are Solartherm geysers.
- SABS approved and ISO 9001 Certified
3) Evacuated tubes also available – also SABS approved.
